Relationships & Families

No one starts a family planning to one-day need therapy. When we partner with someone, the hope is that the love we begin with will carry us through all of life's ups and downs. But life happens, and living together is HARD.

Fighting with your loved ones is draining and discouraging. It can break your heart and make you fearful that love won’t be enough.  Or perhaps it hasn’t been conflict for you but rather a slow fizzle into distance and loneliness.

Perhaps you’re not ready to give up but can't see a way forward. Perhaps you know the way forward is to call it a day and try to move on with grace and integrity. Perhaps you're not sure what the next move is yet. What you do know is that you want more for yourself and your relationship than is currently the case.

We believe that powerful change can happen when people work together toward understanding what they want and need. Family and relationship therapy can be helpful in gaining insight into dynamics within the relationship, improving communication, and increasing understanding of yourself in relation to one another.

At Lamppost Wellness, we provide support for relationships in conflict, experiencing loss, navigating change, or striving for a more harmonious future, be it together or separately. Whether you are grappling with how to stay together, discerning what to do next, or figuring out how best to exit the relationship, we are here to help.

Contact us to discuss what relationship or family therapy might look like for you. Give us willing participants, and we can help you move toward what feels right for you.
